We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service, in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, including without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms.
- User Content the Service may allow you to post or submit content including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, videos, or other material (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. However, by posting or submitting User Content, you grant Usstories a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content, in whole or in part, in any media format or distribution method now known or later developed, without compensation to you or any other person or entity.
You represent and warrant that:
(a) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to Usstories the rights in such User Content, as contemplated under these Terms.
(b) your User Content, and the use of your User Content as contemplated herein, does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or (ii) violate any applicable law or regulation.
(c) your User Content is not defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate for any audience or age group, or likely to cause harm, offense, or embarrassment to any person or entity.
(d) your User Content does not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
